Its time to get back into training. I've found  great coach right here in Plano that I'm working with and super excited to get my fitness on again.
He is not only a USA Track and Field coach, but also USA Weight Lifting and USA Power Lifting which is EXACTLY what I need. He also still trains and competes as a sprinter in the Master's Divisions.

I have gained "off season" weight but I'm staying positive because its actualy only 12lbs of where I want to be and I have plenty time to fine tune my body before the season begin!
