So even after we are out at the track helping and sliding for at least five hours, we still have to workout. I hit the weights where the trainer has created a program for me. The first day I did this program I literally was dead to the earth. It took so much energy out of me that the next day I wasn't 100 percent. So today went a little better and I definately feel stronger all ready. The trainer said that I've made "leaps and bounds" so I'm excited for my weight lifting program.

The second half of my workout is for speed. We warm up on these bikes below and then head into the gym.
