I have been really making an effort to eat more protein in my diet. It's been tough but I'm managing. I notice that I eat something and then 30 mins later it's like I'm starving. I wonder if that's normal. I haven't increased the amount of food I intake, just been spreading it out a little more throughout the day. I usually am a huge sweet tooth but I can't myself to eat anything sweet....I've been more into salty things. Anywho - here is where I am at right now - thought this pic was cool
