I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on October 2, 1986. What a glorious day that was! hehe. Ok, so for my birthday my lovely hubster surprised me with breakfast and then took me for a drive. As I had NO idea where we were going, I was a little scared. He's never been the big planner or even great at surprises. So for me to put my trust in him planning a "great" bday surprise was near impossible. We kept driving for about 30 minutes and then I see the Cowboys Stadium. Now....I'm not big on football and honestly could care less about the Cowboys BUT this is the largest stadium ever and it is HUGE! It looks like a great big egg in the middle of the town. They have tours of the stadium pretty much every day so we got out and walked around. Right across the street is the Ranger's Ballpark (which they are doing amazing right now as well). Scott went to a game there about 12 years ago so it was fun to see him all excited. But I was a little skeptical that these two athletic facilities were for him. Not for me and it was my birthday....hmm

After we left those athletic complexes I was a disappointed because I was really hoping Scott actually put effort into making my birthday special. DISCLAIMER: I usually dont care to celebrate my birthday but this was one of the last chances we'll get to be together until around Christmas time. So we kind of gotta make up for my birthday, Thanksgiving and our Wedding Anniversary....so this weekend has got to be Big and Fun!

We drove up this weird narrow road and on the left I could see roller coasters...... he's taking me to SIX FLAGS!!!!!!!

Ugh! I was sooooo stoked and surprised!!!! I was really excited and could not wait to get beyond these gates!!!

BATMAN was beyond my favorite ride. Scott like Mr. Freeze. But Batman was so so awesome! It's one of those coasters where your feet dangle....which are my favorite types! below is a video some dude took of the ride and at the start you can see Mr. Freeze. Its the one that is straight up and has a loop by it (blue and red if you can tell)

This pic above is funny because I loved BATMAN soooo much that we went on it multiple times. In fact, after we would get off - I would stand on the side and wait to see if there were empty seats and usually there were so I'd jump on again right away and we'd be off! Scott got super sick and about threw up on it (haha WEAK!) so he had to stop. So we saw the sign and thats why I'm covering the "NO". It's official, when it comes to the BATMAN I am a line cutter.

Overall I had a great birthday because I was with my hubster having fun! I'm definately going to miss him a bunch but it helps that he is ultra supportive. I lub you Scottie!
