First is an all time favorite (we've had it twice) parmesan tilapia. Basics...
- parmesan cheese (finely shredded or the sprinkle kind)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- lemon pepper
- 1/2lb tilapia
Put lemon pepper on your tilapia and put it in the oven for about 2 mins at 350 degrees. take it out. Pour olive oil evenly on all tilapia fillets and then drizzle the parmesan cheese to your liking. put in till lightly brown.

Parmesan Egg noodles are next! 
- half bag of egg noodles
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- salt
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
Cook egg noodles in lightly salted water. While they are cooking - mix together the 4 eggs, parmesan cheese and salt (optional). Mix well. Right as the noodles are almost finished, take the 4tbsps butter and melt in a large skillet. Strain noodles, pour noodles in skillet - stir to get them all buttered up. They add the egg mixture and stir lightly for about 30 -45 seconds. YOU DO NOT WANT THE EGGS TO SCRAMBLE AND MESS IT ALL UP.
