As some of you know, I tried Yoga and that wasnt as successful. I did move over to Pilates and have absolutely loved it. Its great core work at a lower volume. I'm always wanting to power my way through everything and so this is a great change of pace. I do it in the mornings to start the day off right. I am not the most flexible person....so flexibility is on my list of 9,405,703,458,962,034 things I'm working on. haha

Pilates are hard compared to yoga! Talk about core strengthen! Good for you that you like it!
