Push Track Practice - we worked out three times a day starting with usually the push track which is focusing on form using a dryland bobsled track. Second would be to hit the gym and the lastly to slide on the actual ice track.
There was a Jamaican sled outside our shed and so me and Kristi jumped in because that sled is awesome...not to mention my two favorite colors. That is her reaction if I were a pilot because we would most likely crash...a lot

Finished 5th Place both days with two different drivers. Those are my first bobsled medals!
